Login to Teachable

Login information is in the top right corner of the homepage. Here is a direct link to our school https://penland.teachable.com/

Below is an image of where you should login. Look for the person icon in the top right corner of your screen, as seen below in the red square. The email you used to enroll in the workshop is your username for Teachable.

If you have more than one Teachable course

You need to use the same email and password when registering for a new online course. This will put all your courses together in your MyTeachable profile even if they were purchased from different schools.

Accessing your course

You will receive an email after enrolling. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. From the email you can click on the button "access course." Also, here is a direct link to our school

Watching Your Videos

Google Chrome is the best browser to use for Teachable. Internet Explorer is not recommended.

The videos are always best viewed on a laptop or tablet, we do not recommend using a phone.

Clearing Your Cache

Many login issues are browser-related, which is why we recommend that you clear your browser’s cache if you experience issues logging in to your course or seeing information. When you browse websites online, web browsers store, or “cache,” website data (like images and scripts) as a way to improve your experience. Clearing your web browser’s cache removes these stored assets, and this may help resolve issues with logging in to your course.

To clear your cache in Google Chrome, click the menu and select More tools. Then click Clear browsing data. Make sure that the Cached image and files box is checked.

To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox, go to your Preferences and then find the Advanced panel. From there, click Clear Now in the Cached Web Content section.

Access for Courses

Each student will have access

  • to a demonstration for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • to a workshop for 60 days from the date of purchase

An access reminder will be shown in your course when you have approximately one week of access remaining. You will also receive an access reminder email unless you have opted out of Teachable emails.
